Carla’s vision to create a model manufacturing company, where both client and employee benefit, has earned her recognition in the Top 100 Women Owned Businesses in Colorado and has allowed her to expand in the local market to cover a tri-state + area. With rigorous expectations from her staff, Carla ensures complete client satisfaction from conception to completion, including post construction follow up.
Alex Schlosser – President & General Manager
Alex brings 20 years’ experience to the sign industry as installation and service technician, install manager, estimator, and multiple other roles. He has experience in bank conversions, health care facilities, gas station conversions, retail store changes, and sports venues including Mile High. Alex has his Project Management Professional Certification from Colorado State University.
Tony Dublo – Sales Manager
Tony has 20 years’ work experience in the signage industry. He is specialized in large custom retail and sports venue projects over 1 Million in value each which include Austin Airport, Simon Premium Outlets Clarksburg, Desert Hills, Norfolk and Wrentham, Daytona 500 Speedway Entryway project, University of Florida athletic renovations, Tampa International Airport wayfinding project and Fountains at Farah retail development El Paso. Tony has extensive experience leading teams to work with contractors on large venue projects while with Walton Signage, Thomas Sign & Awning and Pro Signs.
Chance Preuit – Production/Install Manager
Chance has over 21 years of custom build project experience with fabrication and management. Having worked in both retail and wholesale markets Chance utilizes his fabrication and management background to ensure material orders, production schedules, quality control and deliveries are met on-time and to expected standards.
Bill Valasek – Estimating/Safety Manager
Bill has been in the sign industry since 1982. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in all aspects of sign fabrication and installation. As Safety Manager, Bill provides the company with monthly safety training, safety inspections, and safety procedures. He keeps current on all OSHA standards through on-going OSHA CEU classes and bulletins. He leads the Safety Committee and continually strives to provide Schlosser Sign employees with the safest work environment possible.
Bobby Chambler – Project Manager
Bobby has over 25 years in both the sign industry and commercial construction. Bobby has worked in all facets of the industry including, installation, installation management, estimator, and project manager of many successful projects in excess of $1,000,000. He works diligently to uphold professional industry standards to successfully complete projects in a timely manner while ensuring to stay on budget. Bobby holds the OSHA 30 certification.
Laura Alexander – Project Manager
Laura has worked as a project manager in the sign industry since 1994. She has a diverse skill set with experience in project management, operations management, and business development. She has extensive experience in managing large custom sign and national projects. Laura has her OSHA 30 certification.
