Our manufacturing capabilities are sourced at two company owned locations. Schlosser Signs 15,000 sq. ft. Loveland Headquarters have the manufacturing machines/equipment and storage capabilities to allow for efficient scheduling and delivery. We also have a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Denver used for increased production, staging for large regional and custom projects; and storage when needed. These facilities afford us the ability to meet any production and scheduling requirements of our regional and custom customers.
We carry UL certifications for our illuminated signage products that we offer. Our facilities are inspected per their requirements.
Production Manager– Our Production Manager has over 23 years of custom build project experience with fabrication and management. Having worked in both retail and wholesale markets he utilizes his fabrication and management background to ensure material orders, production schedules, quality control and deliveries are met on-time and to expected standards.
Production Team– Our highly skilled craftsmen and women are experts in machine programming, routing, certified welding, custom painting, wiring, assembly, and laying vinyl and graphics.
Trusted network of vendors and industry partners ensure that we always have the inventory on hand to get the job done and the products to make your sign look it’s best.
Equipment and Custom fabrication utilizing routing tables, brake form machines, steel cutting stations, aluminum framing, paint booth, custom welding and machine fabrication processes, TIG welding, Accubend machine, channel letter fabrication and digital print and vinyl graphics plotters and layout stations.
Product Testing and Quality Control procedures ensure your sign is looking it’s best and working correctly from day one.
Additional qualifications. M/WBE, DBE and SBE Certified. Licensed and bonded up to $6 mm. Dedicated project manager to oversee all details of the project. Highly skilled install crews.
